What is the size of a singular court?
The lines for a doubles court is approx 24 X 11mtrs. An International court measures 36.6 X 18.3mtrs. Generally a comfortable court is about 34 X 16mtrs.
What general maintenance will my new Tennislife™ court require?
Light waterblasting every 2 to 3yrs (if required).
How long before my new court will require resurfacing?
Depending on usage, the expected minimum time for heavy use courts is approx 6yrs through to about 15yrs for medium/light use courts.
What are the benefits of Tennislife™ cushion systems?
Having our cushioned surface provides superb shock absorbing qualities for legs and joints ensuring an extended playing life.
What depth of cushion is recommended?
All the cushioned courts provide substantial benefits. Obviously the greater depth provides more comfort. This can vary from 1.3mm to about 5mm. However, a system can be designed to meet your budget.
Will a cushioned surface affect the general play compared with non cushioned?
The effect is negligible, the only real difference being the comfort you receive by playing on a cushioned surface.
What is Multi-Sport?
Multi-sport as the name implies is for playing a number of sports on the one surface, for example Tennis and Basketball! The surfaces are generally applied at local parks, residences and schools.
Is Kangaroo Courts able to do other sports surfaces?
Absolutely, in fact our product can be applied to any surface that has an asphalt base and certain concrete bases. Be it tennis, basketball, netball or multi-sport.
Can Kangaroo Courts lay their product over artificial tennis surfaces?
Generally, artificial turf has a concrete or asphalt base. As part of our service Kangaroo Courts would remove the existing artificial turf, clean and re-surface with
Tennislife™.
Is there are range of colours to choose from?
Yes. We have a number of colour choices for the actual playing surfaces and the perimeter.
